If you don't want to stick to the default monthly billing and need to pay in advance (eg: might be useful if you are reselling Crisp for a client, as explained in: How to include Crisp as part of a website contract?), you can request an instant payment on a selected timeframe. This allows you to pay for multiple years of plugins subscription instantly.
The payment applies only to plugins paid with the card it is active on (if you have multiple websites linked to different cards).
When paying for many years of service in advance, you do so being aware that you cannot ask for a refund.
If, however, Crisp closes down some plugins you are using somewhere in the future, you will get automatically refunded for those plugins. If we cannot find a way to refund you, we'll contact you directly. Indeed, we don't expect to close down any plugin at any time in the future; unless some external factors forces us to (eg: an integration to an external service which closes its doors).
